Padel rackets for women

Some brands sell Woman versions of their rackets, and others sell Light versions. Either way, the real difference is weight. Choose by weight, balance and shape, the same way anyone should, and then pick the color you like.
What's different about a women's racket
Of the rackets we track, the 16 Woman and Light editions all list between 300 and 360 g. Among the other adult rackets, 61% list a top weight of 370 g or more.
Where we track both versions of the same model, the Woman edition is lighter and the rest stays the same:

So you don't need a racket labeled for women. Plenty of women play standard models, and plenty of men play light ones.
How to choose
- Weight. A racket of 360 g or less is easier to move at the net and less tiring over a long match. If you're strong, play often, or come from tennis, a standard 360 to 375 g racket gives more stability against hard hits.
- Balance. Balance affects how heavy a racket feels more than total weight does. A head-heavy racket at 355 g can feel heavier than an even one at 365 g.
- Shape. Round for control and forgiveness, teardrop or hybrid for a mix, diamond for power if your timing is good.
- Arm comfort. If your elbow or shoulder is sensitive, a lower balance and a softer core matter more than a few grams. See racket weight, balance and arm comfort.
